Billing questions

What happens when I cancel?

You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account simply drops back to the free plan. Cancelling takes two clicks from your account page, no email to write, no retention flow.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Premium is not for you, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund you, minus a proportional amount for the days already used, as EU law provides. Write to thomas@renditions.app.

Do you charge VAT?

Prices are tax-inclusive: the amount you see is the amount you pay. VAT is computed automatically at checkout based on your country, and businesses can enter a VAT number to get a proper B2B invoice.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and local methods depending on your country. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, Stripe emails you an invoice for every payment, and past invoices stay available from the Manage subscription page in your account.
